The Foundation Fide is pleased to announce the presentation of the Document from Alliance for commitment to Disability. He Di-Capacity Working Group Fide has closed the 2022-2023 academic year and its fifth stage of operation. During all these years there have been some very significant advances that have evolved from the theoretical to a concrete action aimed at the incorporation effective of people with disabilities of different types in Law Firms. The Working Group, led by Fernando Bazan, Amelia Fontan, Ana Figueras y Cristina Jimenez, and with the academic coordination of Carmen Hermida y Emilia malacalza has worked these years in order to promote the effective integration of talent with disabilities in the legal sector in general and in Law Firms in particular.
With the challenge of achieving a more transversal and permanent commitment of all the organizations involved in the group and those that are not yet involved, this document is signed by the Law Firms represented by their top managers, to record the firm and resounding COMMITMENT of these organizations in: Work together to promote actions that involve effective integration of profiles with disabilities in their respective organizations, allocate the appropriate resources agreed upon in each caso so that the commitment acquired USA Phone Number materializes, and make the commitment clearly visible in their respective organizations, in the terms that are jointly defined. More and more professionals are dedicated to expanding the limits of the legal sector, and attracting new talent that allows us to offer the best possible services, guaranteeing that no one is left behind. We encourage you to follow the group's activities and participate in all those in which you believe you can add value and help build a more capable legal environment.
